PAYMENT POLICY
Until an invoice is paid, you will not receive your certification card(s), NO EXCEPTIONS!
Unless you are in good standing, and are an established customer with ECS Smoke School, and have a good record of paying your invoice within a 30 day period, we must first receive your payment prior to sending out your certification cards.
If you prepay and cannot attend the school you paid for, you may attend any future/confirmed smoke school on our schedule as a paid customer.
There will be no refunds for missing your date/location.
LATE FEE CHARGES
A 10% late fee will be charged for any invoice that goes unpaid for more than 30 days, unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to.
PRIVATE SCHOOLS
We charge for a minimum of 14 attendees (Field Test) for all private/closed smoke schools. Any attendees requiring the classroom portion of the certification will be an additional $120 each.
These private schools are ones that are closed to outsiders and are conducted onsite for the employees of that particular company ONLY.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR PRIVATE SCHOOLS - (effective 2/16/15)
*If a private school is located more than 200 miles from our home base, we charge an additional .50 per mile (both ways).
*This is the only extra charge we apply for private schools.
All quotes/arrangements made with existing customers prior to 2/16/15 will be honored.
